Creativity coaching is a collaborative process which optimizes creative energy and productivity. Through the co-created coaching relationship you will be supported in the development of your unique creative vision. As your coach, I will hold you accountable to stay on course, maintain your forward momentum, and achieve your most important creative aspirations. The core premise of coaching is that one’s greatest contribution to the world is to live life authentically and fully self-actualized.
Whether you are an artist or cutting edge leader, I can help you refine your focus and maximize your creative energy. I will support you by listening deeply and encouraging you to move forward with the projects that most energize you and your creativity. You will similarly be supported to let go of energy draining endeavors or outdated goals that no longer serve your vision. Whether you are an artist seeking to create and promote your work with authenticity and self-confidence, or a professional whose creative vigor has been stifled by your workplace, I can help you master these kinds of challenges.
Coaching assumes that you are in the best position to formulate your own goals. Thus, the specific agenda for all coaching meetings is set by you, the client. As your coach, I will challenge you to move beyond your familiar comfort zone in order to expedite your goal attainment, ask strategic questions that drive your motivation and commitment, and encourage growth that is congruent with your personal values and creative vision.
The coaching partnership is customized to fit the needs of each client. Depending on your location, time constraints, or personal preference, you may choose to meet in person or by telephone. Coaching meetings are approximately 45 minutes in length, and are usually scheduled from two to four times per month. Your first coaching meeting and unlimited email communication are offered without charge.
